Good service and decent amenities. Room layout and general upkeep lacking, the decor is tired (bedside table wonky, mirror broken, scuffed paint) - this room has a very awkward layout so although sold as a family room is not very comfortable as such.

Stayed before and never had an issue, but awful experience completely down to poor customer service. Arrived just before 3pm and the room wasn’t ready. We completely understood, left our bags and said that we would return later (after being told the room would be ready by 3pm). Returned just before 6pm, the lady on reception was clearly padding so I asked whether the room was ready and was assured that it was. After 5 more minutes of padding we were offered complimentary drinks at the bar whilst the “room was prepared.” I declined on the basis that we had been told the room was ready and had a child with us and no desire to sit in the bar, plus it was 3 hours after check-in time and we had already been lied to so we’re pretty annoyed by that point. I was then told that the problem was that I’d booked an executive family room and the group before us had booked a late check-out. Absolutely not I’m afraid. Not one part of the issue was down to what room I had booked - I had booked, and paid for, a room which was advertised as available. Something which I highlighted to the receptionist. I was then offered a room with a double and single bed and was told that it was the same type of room. Again, absolutely not! It is at least 2 levels below in terms of size and price, something the receptionist denied (but the website doesn’t). After standing our ground the room we had booked miraculously became available. At no point did we get an apology.

My family and I enjoyed our 5 day stay, staff was amazing and very friendly. Food at the restaurant along with the staff were super amazing as well. Hotel is close to the Tube(underground station) as well as a super market near by. We really enjoyed our stay here and we pups definitely come back.

Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. I booked the room in advance as well as completing the payment at the same time. When my family and I arrived at the property, the staff advised that they "accidentally" gave away our room to another person and they can no longer accommodate us. Then they offered to take us to another facility 35 minutes away from where we initally booked. Our family had no other option but to accept this outrageous condition as this occured around midnight due to our delayed flight. I've been a loyal customer of Expedia for many years and this incident completely shattered my trust with them for allowing this to happen by offering us to do business with such an illegitimate entity, which committed such despicable acts.

The staff at the hotel truly go above and beyond to make sure the guests are comfortable and happy. We are amazed how well co ordinated and mannered the staff was. Great family room, very specious. The house keeping standards and how they helped us with every single enquiry was truly impressive, the breakfast was absolutely amazing and one of the best in terms of coordination and quality of food. amAzing hotel , highly recommend!:)

We really liked their breakfast buffet and the convenient location to bus stops and train stations. Our room was clean and the bathroom was quite spacious. Their staff were so nice and helpful. Our family will definitely stay there again.

Stay was good. Had a great time. Only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom was dark. Our family staying in another room did have water dripping from the ceiling for their entire stay.
