We had a junior suite which just seemed to be a slightly larger room - no separate seating area. The room was quite cold and the duvet was thin. The aircon seemed to do something but was tricky to use.

It was the second time I stayed there and won't be the last. My wife and I have family and friends in the Ealing area (Hanwell to be precise), so it's convenient for a visit. My only complaint about the hotel is that they no longer have a computer room. Also, the buffet breakfast is delicious, but a bit overpriced.

The thing that made our 4 day stay at this hotel was the team of amazing staff you have there. They are an asset to your brand. Consistently happy to help and they are brilliant with kids. The best hotel stay I have had in a long time due to their effort and help.
