Great location in Chiswick. Easy to find from A4 and within walking distance of centre. Really helpful staff (arrived late at night, was offered an umbrella when unloading in the rain, car park space reserved). Comfortable family room. Efficient breakfast. Accommodating about leaving the car for a few extra hours. For the price I would highly recommend. Of course some noise from road but that comes with the convenient location. Would certainly go back if visiting area again.

Great hotel for our 5 day family stay in London. Very friendly and professional staff at Reception and even let us check in at 10am. The room was spacious and very clean. Had an air conditioner, which kept us cool at all times there. Everything provided including towels which were changed daily, tea and coffee making facilities and a hair-dryer. Very quiet hotel, no street noise, nor could we hear other guests.Could leave our bags after checking out. Right on Chiswick High St, so good access to shops and cafes. A 5 min walk to Tube station and a bus stop across the road. Highly recommend.

This was an interesting hotel. When we first arrived it appeared that there were many families living in the rooms as there were children running behind the reception desk and in the kitchen. Room was exceptionally small as is typical for a London property. Staff was friendly. Floor was dirty in reception and the stairs the entire time.

Great room for a family of four. Free and easy parking (bit if a squeeze to get into!) Only down side was noisy kids in the corridor relatively late, but this wasn't too much of a problem. We'd stay again.
