Hotel was clean food was fine staff where adequately friendly If staying I would advise asking for room at front of hotel as we got a family room at back of hotel beside railway tracks and I got hardly any sleep the whole 3 days with the underground going past every 10 mins

Holiday Inn Express in Hammersmith is a busy, friendly hotel. The rooms aren't large but they're comfortable, just off King Street close to restaurants and 10 minutes from the underground. Breakfast is very busy so go early or late, but for London it's reasonable budget value. Lots of families but usually quiet. I've stayed several times and it's fine.

I liked the location of this hotel (close to underground stations and dining options) as well as the room size (comfortable for my three person family) & amenities (clean bathroom, breakfast included, hotel bar). The staff were professional and helpful.

Excellent value for money. Superb location 5 mins from Hammersmith station which made travel very easy. Hotel is clean and well managed. Staff very courteous,polite and very accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and as part of price it represented superb value during the Easter bank holiday weekend. Have used this hotel 3 times now with our kids and I would recommend to all. Excellent!!

We had a family room. The sleeping couch was oke, but kind of small and there was not much room left. The employees were al very kind en we loved breakfast!

Great location and hotel. Bit small for a family of four. Breakfast is good but you will be sick of it after 3 mornings. Coffee machine access 24/7 is awesome. Thanks! Overall a great experience tho.

Perfect for commuting into London. Stayed as a family of 3. Very clean and very helpful staff. The only issue I would have is rooms too hot as air conditioner wasnt working but this would not stop me staying there again.

It was okay at the beginning. Staff members were friendly, breakfast good, and room clean. However, on the fifth day, I got sick and found that there had been black mold at the outside of the washing basin. I myself and my whole family have been sneezing and coughing for a whole week now. I had to make a doctor's appointment.

most staff very friendly & helpful. just some of the kitchen staff didn’t treat us fairly- had to give porridge to my 12 month baby - friday no problem saturday & sunday not pleased took the milk & simply brought it back cold & then sunday refused but what annoyed me most was same person went ahead & heated up milk for an adult! they could have had they reasons too -
