Heeton Concept Hotel - Luma Hammersmith

Our family (5 adults) stayed here for a 3 night stay and were very happy with the hotel. It is reasonably priced bearing in mind London prices and is conveniently located within a 5 min walk from Hammersmith tube station. There are lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops in the area. We had 2 rooms and each room slept 3 perfectly with a double bed and fold up single bed in each. The rooms were clean and had everything you would need for a short stay with the only negative being the carpets, they were stained and quite worn looking. However this did not spoil our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived at 8pm and it was a very cold night but were welcomed by a very warm cosy reception and the check in was extremely quick. I would stay here again when visiting London and would recommend others to as well :)

I would recommend this hotel for short stays with 1-2 people. We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and found it quite suitable for our needs. Hammersmith rail station is only a two minute walk from the hotel, with lines that can get you to many areas of London. There are stores and food options just a few minutes walk away. The area feels safe, and the hotel backs onto a residential area, so it quiets down at night. The staff were friendly and greeted us whenever we entered and exited the hotel. The hotel has relatively sparse amenities (no full breakfast, common areas, etc.), but that's wasn't personally an issue as we were out all day visiting family and friends. The rooms are clean, have a nice design, and are better laid out and much less generic than other smaller hotels. Our room had a "space saver" shower and toilet that were hidden behind separate sliding doors. Again, not an issue for myself, but something to note when considering a longer stay. All said and done, we had a pleasant stay!

We stayed at Luma as a family of 4 having a couple of busy days in London. The hotel location for us in Hammersmith was great. Parking is opposite the hotel, so great location but cost a lot for 24 hours considering I personally think parking should be included or at least get a discount. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They don't have a restaurant but they have a drinks fridge and snacks and give recommendations with discount. We stayed during the hottest weekends that year so traveling for over 3 hours in the car with no air con was hard and uncomfortable but as we walked into the hotel it was cool and refreshing. We had a busy evening so was looking forward to getting some sleep. 2 kids on sofa bed said it was uncomfortable and struggled to sleep unfortunately I felt the same and partner woke up with bad back. The beds aren't the best but we had a few hours sleep. Sleep was important to us as we now had a full day at Thorpe Park before travelling home for over 3 hours. The hotel was clean, friendly and in a great location but mattresses need upgrading for a comfy good night's sleep.
