Amazing stay, perfect for our family of six. We had interconnected rooms, one for the three older children and another for us and our infant. Both rooms were 5*. Breakfast was brilliant, good selection for all. Location is great, felt safe with the children and good transport links as you'd expect in Canary Wharf. We'd rarely say we can't fault a hotel, but this one was impeccable.

We booked a family connecting room for 4 adults and 2 kids. It appeared via Expedia that we were booking two connecting rooms with two double beds in each. This is why we chose this place vs something more central. The bad news was the room configuration we thought we were getting doesn't exist. The good news is the hotel staff. Abigail went out of her way to find a solution. She was amazing and saved the day. Her teammmates like Manager Arty and Concierge Robin and others were also extremely helpful. Location turned out to be very well connected via subway/tube and had lots of food/shopping/activities in walking distance.

Overall this was an excellent hotel with the perfect suite for a family of five (3 kids). The location was ideal for public transportation! The only semi-negative thing that happened was that the safe suddenly stopped working the day before we had to leave the hotel and the hotel took a lot longer than we anticipated to get it fixed, despite mentioning many times that we had a train to catch the next day. They did not come until the next day (late morning) and we had to push back our train tickets, causing us to be stuck with terrible seats since it was a last minute change. I know some things are out of their control but I did wish for a higher sense of urgency from them on getting it fixed. Other than that, I actually would go back to stay at this hotel.

We had booked two adjacent rooms for our family of five. Check in was easy and we even got offered a complimentary glass of prosecco. Beds were comfy and the breakfast buffet offered plenty of options for all our tastes.

The room was ready when we arrived early. Very nice and helpful staff. Easy check- in and check-out. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the tube station. With the Jubilee Line it is only a short ride to different sightseeing places. The Elizabeth Line is a direct connection to Heathrow Airport. This is a very good hotel for a city trip to London with the family.

I made a booking for two double rooms and requested adjacent rooms as we were travelling with teens and a family room is no longer suitable. This was also repeated by telephone a week before travel. I was told that rooms couldn't be assigned until the day, but they would do everything possible to fulfill my request, so I was disappointed when we checked in that we weren't even on the same floor and also told there was nothing they could do. After a continued conversation, the check in team actually were able to move us to the same floor and then found us two rooms together. Quite the turnaround from 'nothing they could do'. I do have to wonder if the hotel really did 'everything possible' to help me as promised. An unnecessary annoyance at the start of our stay unfortunately.

We stayed as a family of 4 (kids aged 9 & 12) and had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel as we have now stayed twice. The family room is ideal and having breakfast included is a great start to the day and ideal for kids who want to try all varieties of food.

The DLR was louder than we thought it would be and kept kids awake.
