Stayed here with grandkids at the weekend this hotel is in a great location for visiting Liverpool and has a swimming pool which has to be pre booked but good for passing time with kids. Staff were very helpful. Only down side was a very strong smell of shake and vac on our corridor seemed to be used to mask other smells

Good hotel right in the centre close to everything. Nice and clean, good breakfast and a nice pool area. Friendly staff and easy to park using the Q-park across the road. Quite a lot of street noise in the morning with people cleaning. We had a family room and had a great stay.

Hotel was fine, the staff were friendly. Very basic. The showers in the pool were insanely hot, not ideal with young kids. Otherwise it was what you would expect for this kind of hotel, not perfect but fine.

Reception staff were fantastic. Nice lobby area, great swimming facilities. Room was clean but a little on the smaller side for a family room. Great location right in the city centre.

Close to most landmarks and 2 branded groceries are just next to. Very convenient. Parking is just next to the hotel with reasonble day parking fee that's clean and safe. Good for family.

Great check in and check out. Good breakfast (kids eat for free). Great location. Swimming pool was great for the kids at end of day. Staff breat to deal with. Decent room.

Love staying here been a few times now just wished they would sort the air conditioning out the room is always too hot otherwise can’t fault it think the moody feller behind the bar needs a chill pill though shouting at the kids to be quiet

Cramped and dirty. Cracked tiles in the bathroom and toilet. Poor housekeeping - there was no way of drying towels for a family of 4 and when left in the bath for replacements, housekeeping obviously just folded up the wet towels. Not at all what I expect from Novotel!
