The staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast was good, great selection of food to cater to us all as my younger son only eats some foods. Room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very solid mattress, which is what I prefer. Double bed was big and high. Parking that is accessible was good for us and the front of the hotel was lit up for Christmas beautifully. It was close to my childhood area and family so the location was ideal for us. Very good prices too. Thank you.

Stayed with two children for one night. Staff friendly no issue with check-in and out. The room was so small not very clean, thin matress topper with cheap matresses and bedding. Booking specified single bed but it was an uncomfortable small sofa bed. Room did not smell nice something to do with sewage? No teaspoons or a coffee table available. £130 felt very expensive considering the room condition but it was Saturday and the location was perfect.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff, superb location and excellent value for money. We had a family booking of 5 adults including a wheelchair user and an infant and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The facilities were clean, functional and the breakfast service was very pleasant. Will definitely be coming back.

Overall - good stay for great price in an excellent location at a decent hotel with some room for improvement. Pros: - location - price - clean and good condition - some staff very helpful and friendly Cons: - bed not great for someone with a bad back - other little repairs needed e.g. bathroom door couldn't close properly - 1 or 2 staff have poker faces (family felt the lack of warmth in the welcome and interaction with certain front desk staff) - parking system too informal

The hotel itself was lovely, very clean and staff were very welcoming, however, we had the WORST sleep as the rooms were absolutely sweltering, it’s was unbearable and the aircon didn’t make any difference whatsoever, we were up every hour as there was no air, felt like I was suffocating! My family members stayed in a different room on a different floor and had the same experience, it ruined what would have been a perfect stay

Very well located hotel in Liverpool city centre with good breakfastand parkingavailablefor £10 a day. However, the room condition WAS TERRIBLE. The kids bed was broken, the toilet fan seems doesnt work properly and the TV is small and very bad. So, if you want a well located place to sleep only, this is the place. I would not stay again in this place because it is not chep and it is far from rate 8. It doesn't worth the £108 a night.

Ridiculously over priced for what it is. Paid £179 for 1 night. It gave me hostel vibes. Room extremely basic and in need of a refresh. Looked tired and plain. There were kids running up and down the corridors screaming until after 10pm with no parental supervision or staff to maintain quietness. Upon arrival barely greeted by desk staff. I do not understand the other reviews and ratings it has received.
