I booked and called the morning of the visit to check about a roll out bed - reception staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Same chap was on reception at check in. Weddings, parties etc. Couldn’t hear a thing in our room!

Stayed for one night booking in was smooth but area smelt of bad eggs ! . Room on 6th floor . Nice and clean but incredibly noisy . Club music outside and family making a row so we asked to move. Colin was very nice and told us room had been upgraded.. Room was bigger as it was a disabled access room BUT wallpaper peeling and stains on ceiling.

The hotel and staff were fantastic , Food and drinks at the bar very reasonable , staff looked after anything required , was a pleasure and have recommended the hotel to friends and family !!
