EPIC Aparthotel - Duke Street

We stayed in the Mini Penthouse. There was everything there we needed for our family of 4. Was spacious, lovely rooms and two shower rooms. Location was brilliant not far to walking distance to the main town and events. We organised parking just behind the apartments for £20 for two nights. Everyone was friendly and always there if we needed anything more with regards to our apartment. We would stay again

We arrived as a family and was welcomed by the staff and taken to lift as I’m disabled On entry to apartment we checked it over and all seemed ok We opened fridge which was clean but ice box frozen completely We checked the fold away bed sofa and the sheet was dirty We called staff and they came straight away and asked if we would like to be moved We agreed to stay in apartment as there was nothing wrong with the rooms themselves just needed the problems fixing The house keeper was there straight away with clean sheets and more towels and lots and lots of apologises Ice box turned down and cleared We were happy The staff were very friendly and willing to help 24 hr reception downstairs I had to attend hospital for an operation so my family were left in apartment for two days and the staff came to ask everyday if I was ok That really made my family happy that they were so concerned They even allowed my family to have late checkout free of charge after 3 night stay We would be happy to stay again

Location was ideal right in centre of Liverpool. These apartments are more for hens and stags if I’m honest. The apartment is modern but our bedding was definitely not cleaned , stains on the sheets , pillows and duvets, makeup stains too. Not a bad place but for family it could do with a deep clean

great location. Bit rude staff. excellent facilities. it would be good to know that they have two buildings so you do not have to walk twice. Great rooms with excellent kitchens and lounges. a bit dark. excellent for families, business and couples. lots of restaurants around, clean, safe and bit posh hotel with good toiletries and extras. will comeback and will recommend to friends.

Poor sofa bed, incorrect check in instructions and wifi never worked which was miserable for the family

Great room very central on arrival with 3 children absolute disgusting smell of cigarettes Only thing to really let this apartment down
