The hotel is very responsive. They are very quick to respond to questions as well as confirming the reservation. Great space for a family with teenagers. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic. Beautiful hotel, very warm welcome, staff really went above and beyond. Hotel room was very modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. One of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Great for kids and families. Perfect location, very central. Would highly recommend.

The staff was absolutely courteous from the second we arrived. They held onto our baggage until check-in. All of the staff was friendly and went that extra mile. The room was spectacular! We appreciated the air conditioner, the refrigerator, the microwave, and the extra sink. We slept like babies! Will definitely stay here again and again and again.

Staff were very welcoming and always happy to help. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a fantastic lounge area where you could relax and chat with friends and family. Will definitely go back.

We stayed one night whilst visiting family in Liverpool. Rooms were spacious and with a great little kitchenette. Can’t rate the staff highly enough, best service I’ve had!

Excellent hotel. Great location, friendly staff. We had a large clean room. The room had a fridge and coffee/tea. We would return without a doubt if we were back in Liverpool. Traveling with family
