Novotel Leicester

The hotel is nice. You walk in and a small reception area and seating area in front of the lifts. There is a bar/dining area as you walk down which I only used for the breakfast buffet. I booked a room for 3 incl a child they had this set up when we entered, the sofa was set up as a bed. Kettle was stocked and the fridge was empty so I used it to put drinks in etc. overall the hotel was fine. Iv been to other novotels there better in terms of location and extra features that were available. The breakfast buffet was nice. For anyone after halal food options, there was none but there was enough veg options which was fine. The parking was hard to locate especially as we are not local and travelled from london. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Very stylish suite and cleaned beautifully. The staff were not very welcoming though on arrival which was a shame and on leaving we didn’t even get asked if everything was ok with our stay. Just a shame as it was a gift for my fiancés birthday (Boxing Day 2023.) But he loved the junior suite that we stayed in.

Location was amazing! Even though the parking lot was open I felt very safe leaving our car there. The housekeeping staff was amazing my toddler went through alot of towels and sheets and the staff kept our room clean and stocked. Breakfast staff was very attentive and helpful. If we ever come back to Leicester we will check here first. We probably won't get breakfast again though. There were alot of great options for breakfast but it just wasn't our palate

Every member of staff was so professional, and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. The hotel was spotless, calm and enjoyable to spend time in, and the location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do on our trip. This was our first stay at a Novotel, and we will definitely be recommending them to friends and family, and hope to return to them in the future.

Great hotel , been to several different ones, but Novatel was far the best, The entertainment system was very good. You can cast your screen onto their large TV, great to keep the kids entertained. Rooms were fantastic with bathtub , instead of just a shower. The reception area and staff is very good also.

The hotel and location is fantastic. Sadly we arrived really late. When I went to use the bathroom there were lots of little bugs crawling along the bathtub and floor. They kind of looked like head-lice. We were only staying a night and my kids were already tucked in bed fast asleep so I didn’t reply it that night.
