Clayton Hotel Leeds

Stayed 2 nights but used few of the hotel facilities since I have family nearby. Hotel is clean and modern and well located. We walked in to the city centre and back a few times (15 mins walk to city centre) Standard bedroom very generous in size and bed super comfy. Frankly that's the basics and it's nice to report favourably because it's often not the case. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Two small issues, first the parking is VERY expensive, £12 per day and no discount for hotel residents. Also no power sockets anywhere near either side of bed (staff loaned me an extension cord... But really? Who decides these things and actively chooses not to provide a bedside power socket. I travel with a CPAP machine and I'm not unique, others simply want to plug a phone in overnight to charge next to their bed) .
