Second stay at this hotel, no faults at all. Ideal for one night as had tickets for Texas concert at Arena. Staff at reception polite and helpful, bar staff very good. Will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was fine for 2 adults and 2 small children. Only minor complaint was the parking appeared to be over subscribed but we managed to deal with this

Check in was really efficient and the lady was super helpful and set us up with some drinks vouchers and a late checkout. They even had some chocolate eggs for the kids. Breakfast was fabulous.

Had a executive room, which was good, nice little touches and very comfortable. A little hot overnight, maybe. Room was ready for arrival at 12pm. Parking was £15 for 24hrs…..the car park is extremely tight for a large car. We got a free drink at the bar with this room type - anything except cocktails. Breakfast was really good for us. Plea Ty of choice and good quality sausage and bacon. Could have done with a few more child friendly options (coco pops or rice crispies perhaps).

Place not good for families. Their toilets and shower area are in different rooms and without locks. Not comfortable for families. Also the sofa bed is too small!!

Great location. Room very comfy with excellent facilities. Plenty of plug sockets and the fridge and safe were a very good unexpected extra. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family

Stayed in a queen room with a twin kids bed. Queen mattress was a little firm, but comfortable. Room condition was good, bathroom was clean and shower (over bath) was good.

We had a lovely start. Our children really enjoyed it. The breakfast was amazing the room was nice and clean. Our only comment would be the towels looked very loved. They had lots of lose threads

We really enjoyed our stay at the Novotel. We had a baby with us and the staff were very accomodating. We were provided with a baby cot at the last minute as we had forgotton to mention that we required one when booking. Room was clean, quiet and had everything we needed.
