Awful service. Toddlers bed with no linen. Toddler meal ordered before adult main but arrived after adult main due to them forgetting to make it. Taking toddler to bed overtired after waiting so long for the meal. Asked to bill the meal to the room but room phone called serval times chasing for payment. Followed up by a visit with a card machine to the room. Toddler not able to sleep with all disturbance. Probably the most insensitive awful service we have ever received.

When we arrived, the first room we were given was dirty unfortunately, make up up the doors and coffee on the door in the bathroom. We complained at reception and they moved us and upgraded us to a junior suite. It had a tv in the bathroom and was absolutely lovely. All the spa facilities are really nice and enjoyable with an outdoor hot tub. The breakfast was absolutely amazing both my husband and I really loved that. I must say what stood out was how nice all the staff were and couldn’t do enough for you and all seemed really pleased to help and nothing was too much. We’d definitely like to come back. Thank you!

I stayed in room 256, a junior suite. It was spacious and clean, with a balcony ( looking onto the car park but if you looked to the distance it was a nice view. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy sitting outside. Bathroom was clean and spacious with a TV at the end of the bath - shame the bath wasn’t big enough for 2. The shower was great. Having a just to get water and milk was great to be able to put it in the fridge and have fresh milk for a cuppa in the morning. All staff were polite and friendly. Only shame was the hotel charge extra for using the spa if you don’t book direct with them.

You would expect a better service for the price tag (over £900 for 3 nights for a room of a family of 4). One of the nights of our stay we ordered some food and drinks for the bar and asked the waiter to put the bill in our room. No issue was raised by the bar attendant. Once we left and while the kids in already in bed and my wife and I in our pyjamas, the bar attendant came to our room, knock the door and ask to come to pay the bill (why you wouldn’t wait until the checkout?). Once I got changed and went to the bar to pay the bill, the attendant was laughing and discussing with his colleague in the bar that I was in my pyjamas (very unprofessional to be discussed loud to everyone to hear). This same bar attendant spilled the drink in our seat while serving our table. I would think twice before booking this hotel again

We chose a spa break for a relaxing break , only for it to be full of children. We got our room at 3 and could use the spa facilities from them only to find that children time was 4 til 6 and screaming children and jumping in pool with parents nor staff controlling their behaviour. The restaurant was over priced and not that good

Nice stay but unsure rates were appropriate for the level.of hote, I paid £170 for one of my night stays room only, over priced to be honest. My used tea and coffee cups weren't cleared and replaced each day although fresh biscuits were left behind for me which seemed a strange custom! Spa was lovely, avoid family access times qs there can be a lot of children and swimming lessons. I would stay again if it was £100 a night which would be a fair price.

So impressed by the treats left in the room for the kids like the little dressing gowns, slippers and toiletries. Really made them feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and spa area were fantastic. Will definitely return to this hotel!
