View Hotel Folkestone

Walls like paper so felt I was with the family with kids in the room next to me. Pillows so lumpy that it was nearly impossible to sleep. Room didn’t feel clean. Not impressed. Won’t be back.

We had a fabulous stay at The View in Folkestone. Fantastic location, we made good use of the access to town and the seafront. Our lovely, quiet, seaview suite had been set up for us, the children each had their own bed. The room was immaculate, and we enjoyed the fresh espressos in the morning. Nice to have fresh robes and slippers, too. The staff, particularly, Phillipa on the front desk, were friendly and very accommodating. Excellent value room, and a superb breakfast in the sunlit, garden facing restaurant. We'd definitely go back to The View.

Lovely welcome n arrival. The hotel is n the seafront with great views. We were visiting family so was not in th hotel much. Great choice of food at breakfast.

A very brief overnight stay for a wedding. Hotel staff very friendly and communication before arrival excellent and dealt with special requests for cots etc. Rooms were large with plenty of room for sofa beds and cots. You can hear people in other rooms especially tv’s. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as we had 4 cars and ended up quite a long way away when we returned at 10pm. I don’t mind paying £3 per car but didn’t realise that spaces would be difficult to find. Apart from that location was great, right on the seafront and we wished we could have stayed longer. There is a brilliant kids adventure playground on the beach.

Great stay at the view hotel for the four of us (two young children), with wonderful service and friendly staff.
