Beautiful family room which was huge annd had everything we needed. Everyone was welcoming and we received amazing service by the front desk staff. Pool was clean and nicely warm. Lovely trail for little ones to follow around grounds. Breakfast was simple - would be great to add some fresh fruit and yogurt options to go with buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Historical touch was lovely, the room was big and well equipped. Very little activities for kids. The area around the property was left messy following the wedding reception.

Stayed for 2 nights for a nearby family wedding. What a lovely place, our room was enormous with a very comfortable bed. A great place to stay for a relaxing getaway.

This was our second stay with my family, I need to say I’m bit disappointed with service in the morning. The breakfast first day was overcooked, bacon and black pudding dry, service was slow I will say not existing. Next day we sit down waited 15min for someone to bring menus but nothing so we ask if we can order, we was told it’s buffet style today we can’t order from la carte as chef is busy with wedding prep, Why you didn’t tell me this when we sit down. We really like the hotel and wooden lodges are perfect but service need really improvement!

Booked a weekend getaway for the family. Being from a busy city it was a lovely retreat from the everyday hussle and bussle. Beautiful grounds with activities for the kids which they really enjoyed. The lodge we stayed in was lovely. We enjoyed it so much we booked to go again soon

Callum and the other staff at the Broome Park Hotel couldn’t have been more helpful. Everyone smiled and was friendly and made a fuss of the kids. The hotel building was just stunning, however we stayed in a lodge outside of the hotel and it was very tired with a leaky tap in the bathroom and broken window latch in the twin room. Maintenance came out and secured the window shut as it was a safety risk with two young children in the room. He also then gave us a fan for the room. The breakfast was delicious and again the staff were fantastic and did my daughter some perfect poached eggs. I’m glad we booked the pool as that was lovely especially when we had it all to ourselves.

We stayed in the garden view lodges, which are w bedroom cottages with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer. For a family of five, the lodge was a perfect place to stay at. The property was really clean, and everything worked perfectly. The staff were also very helpful and professional. We also enjoyed the optional english breakfast. The property is located in a wooded area about half way way between Dover and Canterbury. Beautiful grounds. There are no shops close by. You definitely need a car.

The old house is beautiful, but you can't walk round the grounds as it's a golf course. The pool is quite small and can only book 30 min slot per day which isn't really long enough. The gym is tiny. We stayed in a lodge outside the main house which was basic, but good value for money for a family of 4. Lots of good local pubs and an easy drive to Canterbury

There was no heating and no hot water and I had a family of 6 travelling to Disney and we couldn’t shower. I asked for the manager and all I got was an apology

We had the junior suite, called the Kitchener. We were amazed. It was fantastic! Beautiful room with grand columns, ornate curtains to the many windows looking onto the grounds. 3 piece suite which was immaculate. Amazing ornate chandelier in the centre of the room. 4 poster bed. Lovely furniture. Very luxurious bathroom.
