A quick stopover in route to holiday home. Did the job very well. Connecting rooms for families were wonderful. Breakfast was good, although the organisation could have been better. And please sort out some decent coffee! But other than that can’t fault.

Lovely hotel and helpful to have adjoining rooms as a family. It was a shame that the hotels booking system didn't have breakfast listed on their system when this was included on my booking via hotels.com, but the receptionist did resolve the matter. Only quibble with the room was that it was at the rear ofthe hotel so you could hear people coming through the entrance of the hotel as there is has hard surface/flooring so you can hear the suitcases as they pull along. Breakfast is buffet style and is very good quality.

We stay at this hotel regularly when visiting family in the area. Great location, close to Newcourt Station, good road links, etc. Hotel has a nice rooftop bar, the restaurant is good and they serve bar snacks for something a little more casual. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Iron and ironing board, mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and shower gel/shampoo/conditioner all provided. Recommend!

We had an enjoyable 1 night stay in the interconnecting family rooms with the breakfast and all was lovely. Check in was warm and welcoming, all info needed re parkimg and restaurants etc dealt with easily. Rooms were very nice and showers strong and hot (only mark down would be not having the frosted glass for the bathroom as when in there whoever is in the bedroom can although its more a shadow can still see what youre up to!!!) Beds were comfortable, tv channels fine, drink making facilities fine (though a comp bottle of water would be a good touch) Breakfast was very tasty with lots of options and plenty of it We would recommend and also would stay again if ever down in Exeter

Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family in the area. Hotel is really well maintained and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The bed was comfortable, the shower is one of the best we've ever encountered in a hotel, the room has iron, ironing board, fridge and huge TV. Everything you'd want for a short stay. We ate in the View restaurant. It was pricey bt the food was of a really good quality. The roof-top bar is also nice and on Saturday night they had a pianist playing, which was a nice touch. The hotel is a short walk from Newcourt Station, so great for getting around the area on the train (the traffic is rubbish, so take the train!). There is also a nice country pub at the end of the lane, The Blue Ball, which is also worth a visit. All in all recommended!

The room, junior suite, for 3 adults was excellent. It was a great size and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent at a very fair price. This hotel is definitely my go-to when I stay in Devon.

We traveled as a family and they gave us adjoining rooms. All very quiet and clean with fridge, hot drink facilities and take away cups for leaving in the morning. Didn’t use the communal areas but they looked very nice.

A very pleasant modern new hotel. Staff were slightly disorganised, to be expected with only being open 10 weeks. Very clean, good food, no complaints. A good drop off with the kids on route to Cornwall.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The entire staff were professional, eager to help, and spent the time necessary to help us along in our journey. Definitely would stay there again and would highly recommend to family and friends.

The hotel is only 3 months old, but it was still spotless and the room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was a ideal for us just off the M5 which meant we were located centrally when visiting family in different parts of Devon. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. We will definitely be returning and it was reasonably priced. The only disappointing part is the cost of parking especially as the hotel is located on the outskirts of Exeter, but we knew we would have to pay before booking so wasn't unexpected.
