Excellent customer service. Friendly, approachable staff who were always on hand to help if needed. Would have preferred a room with a bath as I had 3 children who dont like showers but it was still a great stay.

Perfect pit stop hotel to break up a long journey for our family. Location was perfect and the hotel was clean and cosy, all the staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful.

Can’t beat a Holiday Inn Express for value. Easter weekend so they gave the guests free parking! Class act! Was busy with families and young kids but remarkably, the families respected the guests and kept the kids to a minimum disruption while allowing the kids to be kids!! I love Holiday Inn free breakfasts but this one was different. Running out of things constantly (eggs) and the juice machine was water with a color in it. Orange and apple juice was tasteless. But that’s the negatives. The staff were great and the location was good, with a Miller and Carter almost in the same parking lot. Safe and a nice area close to the freeway.

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The only negative is not to do with the hotel but with buffet style breakfasts the children have a tendency to pick the food up with their hands and then throw it back onto the serving tray when they have decided they do not like it.

Pull out bed for the children not very comfortable and a bit small for older children.

We were visiting family nearby so just needed a cheap hotel for the night. It was good value for money anyway but I also paid the majority with Tesco vouchers. Staff were very professional, hotel was clean and quiet, comfy beds

Very close to M5 J29 with plenty of parking available both when we arrived about 2pm, and much later on. Pub across car park does excellent food and Doombar and Tribute draught ales.Rooms were quite compact, pull out bed was just about ok for two youngsters 6 and 8, but only just. Breakfast was good enough, limited selection (beans, eggs and sausages in the hot domes) bread and pastries, yoghurt and cereals, but something there for most.

Very good stay for a family of three, very friendly staff. Not enough plug points in rooms.

Visiting family in the area with my seven year old son. We were able to use their plates etc in the evening when we ordered a takeaway. Each morning the reception staff acknowledged us as we walked to the breakfast area. There was plenty of parking spaces in the car park. Everyone worked really hard, especially the breakfast staff, my son could not believe how quickly our plates were cleared away. Will stay there again.
