Great location for city centre. Room was very cramped for 2 adults and 1 child, you couldnt swing a proverbial cat, fortunately we were staying only one night, but for a longer stay we would need a bigger room. The check in could have been better, the guy on reception could have provided a warm welcome but didnt, had to ask how to get to our room the information wasnt automatically provided. Breakfast was adequate, though very busy,

All the staff were so friendly and so helpful and very clean in all areas we had a lovely quiet stay we will be back again and would recommend the hotel to family and friends we could not find a fault at all

Service was disappointing , confirmed connected room was not given to our family. room AC was faulty , staff was unhelpful when complained, even asked me to leave if not happy to stay in the room. Breakfast item were reduced during weekdays.

Awful check in, got charged again even though I had paid through Hotels.com and had to ask twice for a refund as I had already paid. The family room we had was tiny compared to other Holiday Inn rooms at other hotels and we couldn’t walk around the beds as there was no space. Breakfast wasn’t worth getting up for, the worst Holiday Inn breakfast we have ever had and we have stayed at lots of Holiday Inns. We wouldn’t return.
