It’s always tricky looking for family rooms for older children, it was fantastic to have a separate room for the two kids. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean.10 minute stroll into Chester centre along the canal. The hotel has a lovely friendly vibe with a great lobby/bar area with games and another upstairs with a pool table and a few arcade games. The staff were super friendly and inviting. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!

I stayed at this hotel with my family and it was quite nice. There was a nice Thai/Japanese restaurant nearby which was really good and convenient distance-wise. The coffee for the breakfast was a bit meh but it was made from a machine so that’s expected I guess.

Fantastic stay. Large family room with two separate areas. Sofabed unusually comfortable. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Fab breakfast with the cereal wall blowing my teenage sons mind. Great location for Chester city centre or taking train to Liverpool as we did.

Our second stay here. Great hotel, lovely rooms, had a great sleep! Staff all fab, other family members stayed and loved it too
