Very comfortable, clean, convenient and great value for money. Will definitely use again for weekend trips to visit family in Bristol.

Paid for a family room, and on arrival sofa bed wasn't made up, had to go to reception and ask for bedding. A staff member came fairly quickly, he asked if I wanted him to make bed or if I could do it myself, it was quite late by this point so I made it up but he only brought a single duvet and fitted sheet for a double bed. He had gone by this point and my kids were tired so had to share a double bed with just a single duvet. Also there was guests running in the corridor at 3am!! so not the best night

Family room not ready for family stay. No bedding on other beds. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Could have been cleaner. Room fixtures and fittings looked tired. Probably won’t stay there again

We had two family rooms , both had defects. Room 24 had musty damp smell and shower didn’t work properly. Room 38 had broken window blind , we were moved to room 37, which had uncomfortable sofa bed for two children to share. One slept on floor for part of night(10yrs old). Room was small for a family of 4. We were given a discount on breakfast to compensate for the broken shower room 24

It was average. Instead of a sofa bed for comfort I would have been happier with a extra two single beds or double bed for our family room. The shower door was broken and therefore the whole bathroom would get saturated when we showered. Also said free parking but actually it’s £3 per night. That was disappointing. The WiFi was intermittent. Not sure I would stay again for the price and the extra parking costs.
