Great location for visiting friends and family in Birmingham and having a look around. Hotel clean and comfortable, food basic but ok.

It is absolutely awful place the staff don’t have any control while we were there there was an all-night rave parties going on in the hotel kids were walking in with a handful of alcohol going to the room and partying the whole night until next morning I complain to the hotel the manager gave me a lot of abuse
