We booked a junior suite which unfortunately was very cold. Heaters were turned off and I had to ask for an extra duvet since we had a 16 months old baby with us. The bathrooms shower had a steel tray which looked like the butchers shop (awful looking) and the cold water tap in the sink (which had separate water taps) was wobbly and painful to use. I wanted to have a relaxing bath but I couldn’t because the bathroom was cold and unpleasant. However, at check out I informed reception and they gave us a £100 voucher as an apology- good gesture, even though our stay was ruined.
