The BRIX, Autograph Collection

The Brix is Rated at the top of my list for Excellent Service, Rooms, Resturants and Facilities... My family and I had a Staycation there at the end of May 2024 and we were All quite impressed with virtually everything this Hotel had to offer... My only disappointment is with the uncovered Parking facility ( I think a multi-story facility would Compliment the Hotel and maybe facilitate more Rooms ). Also the TV and Elevator was a challenge to get use to..

Enjoyed our family stay at the Brix. It’s a beautiful property, more intimate and well appointed. The staff were lovely, friendly, approachable and helpful. The restaurant was also excellent. Dinner and drinks were delightful. The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. Loved the views and the vibes on the rooftop bar.

Friendly staff at check in and in the main restaurant. Beautiful, clean room and child friendly pool area. The hotel on the whole is very nice, modern, smallish in a good way. If you’re driving there are many places nearby to visit and to eat at though the restaurant here has lovely food albeit expensive (would recommend the steak). There are inconsistencies with service here, in particular at the cafe on the ground floor, which I really felt and found unfair. It was clear that certain staff thought I was Trinidadian and I received a different type of treatment to those who more obviously looked like tourists.

Pretty good option for a short stay with family.Service was good, room was clean and as described.

Nice getaway for a family

Amazing service..we came to Brix reading all these mixed reviews about it, nonetheless we were determined to have our own experience and it was excellent, willing and friendly staff who attended to all our requests. Being a fairly new hotel theres room for improvement but it's evident they're striving for perfection. Only issue was the smoking by the pool area, as there were families with kids around. Besides that Great Job Brix my family were extremely comfortable 👏🙌
