Shepherd's Inn

The staff is friendly, efficent and helpful. We had a problem with our room which they promptly gave us a new room. Overall very clean and eco friendly. The tv, however, did not work well. The pool was clean butnot kid friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast which was very good. Shuttle service was also quite good. Loved the location.

This property was such a great surprise. We loved the cabins and the property as a whole. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed posting up at the restaurant and watching the kids enjoying themselves. The staff was wonderful and the food/drinks were great. Will be returning to Shephard's Inn on our next trip, no doubts.

Do not waste your money in here, all the staff need hospitality training, costumers service is unheard of at this so called hotel. The breakfast is included but they still give you a bill to sign for it, I guess after you leave they charge your card on file...the bill was 178 TT, first the manager said the staff didn't know if we are guests or just walk in from outside. Really? Are you kidding me? Who is going to come have a breakfast for 178TT when they could just pay elsewhere 30 to 50TT ???? And if that was the confusion part, then why they kept insisting on signing the bill? So I took it upon myself and turned all these charges to zero dollars before signing the bill. We never used their restaurant again. The internet is so poor, the cable, Netflix wouldn't even start. Over all is a poor facility, don't waste your time and money here.
