A lot off moscato in the room and it rained and water came through the sliding doors , by the pool area there was broken class on the floor and my kids step on it .

We appreciated the upgrade given to us for our family of four. The staff at the breakfast were most supportive and approachable with friendly smiles. They helped the kids and made the difference of service from the heart. This includes the reception agents and room service agents.

My family and I spent the weekend at Marriott for a birthday. The stay was truly amazing! The hotel was very clean and gorgeously decorated for christmas.The staff were super friendly and attentive, meeting our every need. They truly made the weekend one to remember. A Special Thank you to Eliza, Melissa and Ian the team at Marriott for such a wonderful time and your warm hospitality.

The property looks good but the sound proof between the rooms was terrible so I could hear every single word coming out of the next door room and needless to mentioned the kids screaming all night and early morning.
