Eastin Thana City Golf Resort Bangkok

This place looks close to the airport on a map but with traffic, it took us 40 minutes to get there. Fortunately it was only 20 minutes back to the airport. The property is well maintained but older. The rooms were comfortable but the beds were very hard. The property is very large and has a lot of activities. We used the futsol fields and had a great time playing soccer. The pool is also large and clean. The restaurants (including Shark Bite cafe) had much better food than we were expecting, including some of the best curry we had in Thailand. Definitely exceeded expectations. Overall if you're looking for a place to crash for a few hours before a flight, this is probably too far. But if you have a few hours to kill with your family, this might be a good option.

Great family resort. Low cost and lots of room, extremely large pool, playground, golf, etc. 15 minutes to the airport.

Aircom was a nightmare, smelly, loud and suddenly cold suddenly heated up the room just couldnt keep the temperature still....couldnt sleep well whole night due to need keep adjusting it. Shower room and floor full of dried bubble liquid, so once you turn on water for shower and the floor became very slippery and dangerous as well as out side of shower room area, dont step any inch with your wet bare foot otherwise you might fall over due to slippery, especially for children. Shower head water kinda no pressures could make the water came out properly, had a slow, long, time and energy wasting shower journey there plus if you need to shower your young children. Many facilities that list on the website but out of order or not open e.g. kid indoor play area and outdoor play ground and sand pit. Staffs were all wonderful and very helpful. This hotel needs a well maintenance or renovate for basic facilities in both rooms and outdoor area.

Booked 5 rooms for family visit for wedding group, check in was very easy, rooms clean and bright. Had golf course view which was a bonus. Bars and restaurant was great food was tasty and staff very efficient and courteous. All the group enjoyed their stay and the wedding amenities were excellent.
