This is one of the nicer airport hotels I've encountered in my world travels. Honestly, it was much nicer than I was expecting. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, the pool area was very nice, and the dining options were very good. My only gripe is that the bathroom had a glass window onto the rest of the room, and the blinds did not afford true privacy for the bathroom user as they did not fully close. This is not the best setup for a shared room experience such as family travelers.

Walls paper thin. Two nights of children waking us up. Otherwise very good but pricey (I.e.: $18.00 CAD for a drink) and over CAD $6.00 for water).

Our stay was ok. We were hoping to get some sleep but the floor we were on was very noisy. We could hear everyone in the hallway, and the family in the room next door. We liked the comfy bed, and clean bathroom.

We booked this hotel to catch an early flight. Overnight there was a significant leak from the air conditioning unit which caused an electrical fault and my family had to change room. This was very disruptive. We suspect that this fault was known about by the reply from reception when my husband reported it. At no point did anyone offer an apology or refund.

Although the facility looks old, the room was clean and quiet despite of the distance from airport. Staff were all nice and my family really enjoyed staying one night before our travel to Cambodia.

Make sure you are not getting a room with connecting doors. When I was about to sleep the room was filled with kids that was screaming load the whole night and I did not get any sleep.

The upper rooms are in much better condition. Overall the hotel is good, staff is friendly. Nice kids water park. Netflix and youtube available.
