Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi, Bangkok Golf Resort & Spa

Airport Shuttle was really convenient. Driver was friendly and safe. Room was clean and spacious and I had a nice few over a part of the golfing area. Felt very sage during my stay (solo female). No supermarket nearby, hotel prices for food and beverages are almost on the same level as german Hotels, but the quality was a bit less (15€ for a normal Club Sandwich which tastet just okay). Breakfast is also a bit pricey but there you’ll get a lot for your money. Definitely recommend booking with breakfast. The buffet offers everything on the thai, european and american side! I would definitely book again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Very friendly and courteous staff from the front desk to housekeeping. Special thanks to the shuttle crew for going out of their way to transport my family to where we needed to go. And lastly, thank you to the Latest Recipe crew, for our delicious breakfast that we so much enjoyed! Thank you, Oud!

terrible room cleanliness, which should be the top priority. We found hair in one bathtub upon check in, another room had...pub*c hair. yes pub*c hair. around the beds was really disgusting, hair, dust, etc. Clearly need serious improvements on the cleanliness. At 1am, time we checked in, the staff was so incompetent thay I HAD to dispatch myself 23 luggages between our several family rooms. overall just terrible service. i did put 2 stars for it because the morning staff was good and friendly. The worst is the so called management team. even if they acknowledged the shortcomings of the service, they dared to say to my face that the issues were not major. like pub*s in ur bathtub that was supposed to be cleaned was not major...lost for words. Besides the obvious problems, the attitude of the management team is appaling. Never seen that in my life. breakfast is very average, drink section is really good, but... the food is really mediocre. So disappointed by this accomodation....

Perfect couple of nights stay with family before flight back to home. Kids club, pool, quiet location near airport, we will return!
