Suvarnabhumi Ville Airport Hotel

Excellent spot close to the airport. The shuttle is easy and works well. Stayed in the junior suite, and it was very nice. Staff lovely. Food at both restaurants very good. Excellent value for money. Only downside is a bit of a smell in the rooms. Overall will absolutely stay here next time I am in Bangkok and have an early flight

Hotel looked lovely when we pulled up in our taxi. Rooms were lovely and exactly what we asked for (spare bed in one room) Very clean. Shower is a little dated and could do with an upgrade but was there was warm water so we were able to shower no problem. Hotel transfer isn’t free, checking in form states 100 baht per room. When I paid they charged me an extra 50 baht for my 11 year old as they were the 3rd person in the room. Breakfast was good, running low on some items when we arrived but was quickly replenished. We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a swimming pool. We booked two nights even though we only needed one night so my children could spent the day in the pool before checking out late to catch our evening flight. Got ready for the pool looked out of our window and the pool was closed for maintenance!! Ruined our last day and left us with a whole day to fill on one of the hottest days of our visit. I feel we should of been informed of this when we checked in. Spoke to the manager but nothing they could do. On checkout they did refund our 250 baht for the airport transfer but it didn’t help the fact we had no pool all day.

A bit disappointed as it was highly evaluated- the airport shuttle is not free and not frequent unless requested, the room is basic not a fancy bathroom, and staff are all junior and not professional. Surely as for just taking a short sleep in the bed, it is okay as it not far from the airport.
