Jet Hotel Zurich Airport

Good breakfast was the redeeming feature. No airflow, no air conditioning. Noisy plug in fan was the only method to combat the stuffiness. Hard bed. I accidentally left my toiletries bag in my bathroom when leaving and realised this when at security at the airport. It had a new and expensive electric toothbrush and electric shaver. I was kicking myself. I called the hotel and the man at reception insisted that the cleaners would hand it in but he wouldn’t get it himself (it was a 30 second walk from reception to the room I had stayed in). I got my wife back home to call while I was on the plane and she spoke to the same man who she said was extremely rude to her and complained that I’d already called and emailed and they had to wait for the cleaners. But when I got to the next airport and called the hotel, the next shift worked knew nothing about it and said we’d have to wait till the following day. I was obviously prepared to pay for shipping etc but there was no interest in assisting me. So the next day I called, again no message passed on. This lady said nothing had been handed in which meant it wasn’t there and I should check my luggage to see if I’d misplaced it. The website of this place emphasises customer service and treating guests like family. Not my experience at all. I sent another email and received no response.
