Intercityhotel Zuerich Airport

Very nice hotel other than the shower can be seen fron the bedroom. This makes showering while with family awkward. Also parking is 24$ per day

Nice and clean hote. Although we booked family rooms and when we arrived they did nir have them so that was a bit of a problem but they found a way to compensate it.

We booked two hotel rooms for our family of four. Long line at check in but we confirmed that we had breakfast and our shuttle to the airport scheduled for the next morning at 6:30 am. When we got to our rooms after settling in we found the shower in one room was broken. We went down to another long line to get another room. At that time I also confirmed that our shuttle was booked and even inquired whether or not we needed a voucher which they said no. We got another room but now we were very far apart from our kids. Not ideal but workable. Then the air conditioning in the kids room didn’t work but we didn’t bother getting another room since we needed to get some rest for 20 hours of flying the next day. We went downstairs in the morning and when I asked about our shuttle the man at the front desk said we didn’t have a booking, was rude and dismissive when I explained that we’d made a booking with the day staff. He laughed and smirked at me like I was trying to cheat the system and just shook his head at me. And he said it would be too late to get a shuttle now. So we got an Uber but it was a very bad experience and a stressful way to start a big travel day. This place turns and burns travelers close to the airport with little care. I wish we had stayed elsewhere and I would not recommend. Only bright spot was the woman that worked the bar, she was sweet and friendly in the evening.
