Hotel has a complex way of entering as a lot of construction going on. Have to take 2 lifts and follow signs that go all the way to level 8 and then back down through another lift on another end of the hotel. It was not convenient at all with kids and luggages. View from hotel is construction of the hotel lobby. For the price paid absolutely no service and rooms were like lodges. Very dated and lack of decor. Not of Radisson standards and price absolutely ridiculous.

My kids loved breakfast and Ali in the buffet Friendly staff in breakfast area But reception could do better Keycards don’t work after every 24 hrs and had to go back to reception almost every day to get them redone Otherwise overall good and convenient as close to train station

The check in process was terrible for the car. Because the car was not located in the "right place", i had to go back to the park pay 10 frks and come back to the reception. Then the reception said this is still wrong and that i had to leave the parking entirely, which i did, paid another 6 francs, left the hotel, came back again and finally put it in the right section. Was a complete disaster and i just came back from a long trip and my family was exhausted and waiting for me to jump between parkings in order to understand and fulfill the requirements of the hotel.

The fastest check in and check out process ever. We stayed one night to catch our flight the next day. Had hotel is very conveniently located for this purpose. Room is spacious and very comfortable for our family of 4.

Delicious dinner with friendly & prompt service at the Filini. Rooms were nice, comfortable beds, although there was a rather strange odor to one of our rooms (we had adjoining with our kids’ room- their room didn’t smell strange hardly at all). But our noses quickly adjusted to it. Barely took any time to walk into airport even with my injured ankle, & didn’t even have to go outside. Very friendly staff throughout whole experience. Would definitely stay there again :)

6 min walk from airport. beautiful hotel with christmas tree! Gorgeous Bar area, very large. Great restaurant and the breakfast (included) 1/2 reasons I chose it, was TOP 5 breakfast of travel. Covered ALL cultures, gluten and kids options. TOTALLY worth it! The Spa, second reason I chose it, was closed :(..... 20 hour layover I was looking forward to a massage or hot tub before my next 13 hour flight but otherwise I would VERY much recommend it.

Initially they gave us family room on 5th floor which we had to change immediately given a terrible stench from toilet area. Then the other room ventilation was suboptimal and unable to regulate the air flow. Also washroom door in second room was not properly installed leaving gap.

Great clean room and view(corner family suite overlooking airfield). Front desk staff and housekeeping was very accommodating. Modern design and spacious, but bathroom fixtures were more form than function, high maintenance pieces not appropriate for a hotel. Convenient location can’t be beat. Recommended.

The room has glass window between bathroom and room. At the check in you mast to ask for curtain , otherwise everyone in the room can see you showering . No convenient if you travel with teenager kid.
