Our stay on July 10th was not so pleasant. Hotel was overbooked and a ton of kids were running around talking loudly at midnight. Internet didn’t work and the night shift staff was not knowledgable at fixing the problem. We asked for an electric water boiler for our room and didn’t receive any. Pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Food at the restaurant was meh…

Great location close to tram going both to downtown Zurich and the airport . Friendly service! Great crib with lovely sheets for my grandchild!
