Coco Palms is the best kept secret in St Lucia! It is convenient to everything. The food was exceptional it was tantamount to 5 star dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff friendly, respectful and responsive. Great option for singles, couples, families and group. My family and I needed a quick getaway and this didn't disappoint. Close to beaches, great pools and other experiences. My teenager had a great time and that's worth it for me.

Really lovely place. Was good for me and my family. They set up the room ready with a crib, kept it clean daily and made us feel relaxed.

good for family vacation with grandparents and children. Rooms can be updated but are still nice. St Lucia is beautiful and the area offers supermarket, restaurants, and local shopping mall in walking distance.

The rooms were clean and room service was provided everyday. However, fittings and fixtures in the washroom could have been more comfortable. The pool is large and 4ft deep. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food is very delicious. A mixture of local and western menus. The drinks were great as well...bar is well stocked with a variety to choose from. The resort is walking distance from 2 shopping malls, supermarket and other restaurants, bars and night clubs. There is a beach about 5minutes from the resort through a trail. Had a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for families

While the rooms feel very historically French they were clean and spacious. The dining and Bar staff was the best experience. They were very kind and treated us like family!! Shout out to Miguel and his staff! The pool was spacious and clean. The weekend entertainment was wonderful. The all inclusive package is definitely the way to go here.

Let me just say that this hotel is an absolute asset to St Lucia. I am so glad that I chose to stay here for our honey moon.
This hotel is St Lucian owned which is why I has chosen to stay here. Let’s keep the money with the people who were born and bred on this lovely lsland
I visited from Grenada so believe me I am very used to great beaches; pools ect. But I literally came here for a relaxing break to enjoy the room
The pool view suites are exactly like the photos; my husband and I were very comfortable along with our 11 month old.
The breakfast was excellent everyday. Always a good variety. The staff are super helpful and the grounds are well maintained.
I didn’t have dinner at the hotel but there are loads of nice places walking distance - and there’s a really good mall about 7 mins walk away.
The only comment I would make is that at breakfast I had to ask for the baby high chair about 6 times before it was bought to me. And sometimes the bar tender could be extremely slow trying to serve the pool and the restaurant
Nonetheless 10 out of 10. Please stay this way as I’ll be recommending Cocopalm
To anyone who wants to
Visit Rodney bay.

Coco Palm is a short five minute walk to Reduit beach. Ti Bananne is their onsite restaurant. It is one of Rodney Bay's best restaurants. It does French Caribbean cuisine. The wine list is limited and needs more offerings (they are working on it) but the food was very good the both times we went. They have a well stocked bar with premium brands for other drinks. We also had buffet breakfast included with our stay. It had lots of variety, good quality and no need for you to eat lunch. They can also make espresso based coffee. Everyone on staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. After a few days, they treat you like family. Coco Palm is located in an area with many restaurants and bar options to walk to at night. Overall, I highly recommend it for your stay in Saint Lucia.

Firstly, and most importantly, the staff members at Coco Palm Resort are amazing! I have never experienced such warm, attentive, and caring people at any resort. My 3-year-old daughter loved every moment at the hotel primarily due to how kind she was treated by all members of staff she interacted with as they took such good care of her! So many people to thank such as Sandy, Coreen, Shannelle, Leyana, Dean, and many others that I didn't get their names, but the entire complement of staff was all amazing.
The property is well-kept, and clean, and has everything needed. Our room was ready on arrival, and we were very comfortable. The pool is large and there is enough room to accommodate guests. There is a shallow area suitable for young kids.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, and despite reviews saying the selection remains the same daily, that is not true as some items are changed daily to offer variety. At the end of the day, breakfast is breakfast. They provide cereals, granola, fruit, cheese, ham, bacon, eggs, sausages, and much more. I would recommend you try the delicious omelets they make at the omelet station.
We didn't do the All-Inclusive plan but did have Lunch and Dinner at the onsite restaurant and all the meals were delicious.
I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
