Let me just say that this hotel is an absolute asset to St Lucia. I am so glad that I chose to stay here for our honey moon. This hotel is St Lucian owned which is why I has chosen to stay here. Let’s keep the money with the people who were born and bred on this lovely lsland I visited from Grenada so believe me I am very used to great beaches; pools ect. But I literally came here for a relaxing break to enjoy the room The pool view suites are exactly like the photos; my husband and I were very comfortable along with our 11 month old. The breakfast was excellent everyday. Always a good variety. The staff are super helpful and the grounds are well maintained. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel but there are loads of nice places walking distance - and there’s a really good mall about 7 mins walk away. The only comment I would make is that at breakfast I had to ask for the baby high chair about 6 times before it was bought to me. And sometimes the bar tender could be extremely slow trying to serve the pool and the restaurant Nonetheless 10 out of 10. Please stay this way as I’ll be recommending Cocopalm To anyone who wants to Visit Rodney bay.

Coco Palm is a short five minute walk to Reduit beach. Ti Bananne is their onsite restaurant. It is one of Rodney Bay's best restaurants. It does French Caribbean cuisine. The wine list is limited and needs more offerings (they are working on it) but the food was very good the both times we went. They have a well stocked bar with premium brands for other drinks. We also had buffet breakfast included with our stay. It had lots of variety, good quality and no need for you to eat lunch. They can also make espresso based coffee. Everyone on staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. After a few days, they treat you like family. Coco Palm is located in an area with many restaurants and bar options to walk to at night. Overall, I highly recommend it for your stay in Saint Lucia.

Firstly, and most importantly, the staff members at Coco Palm Resort are amazing! I have never experienced such warm, attentive, and caring people at any resort. My 3-year-old daughter loved every moment at the hotel primarily due to how kind she was treated by all members of staff she interacted with as they took such good care of her! So many people to thank such as Sandy, Coreen, Shannelle, Leyana, Dean, and many others that I didn't get their names, but the entire complement of staff was all amazing. The property is well-kept, and clean, and has everything needed. Our room was ready on arrival, and we were very comfortable. The pool is large and there is enough room to accommodate guests. There is a shallow area suitable for young kids. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and despite reviews saying the selection remains the same daily, that is not true as some items are changed daily to offer variety. At the end of the day, breakfast is breakfast. They provide cereals, granola, fruit, cheese, ham, bacon, eggs, sausages, and much more. I would recommend you try the delicious omelets they make at the omelet station. We didn't do the All-Inclusive plan but did have Lunch and Dinner at the onsite restaurant and all the meals were delicious. I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

The staff members were sensitive to our requests, prompt in their responses and compassionate in their service. The room was cleaned and supplied daily, the property grounds was cleaned and the pool was maintained. Overall, it was a 10 out of 10 experience and I would highly recommend it to my friends and family

Amazing staff and very well kept property. Our family enjoyed the convenience of walking to beaches, restaurants and shopping. We loved the swimming pool with access to bar to order drinks. The hotel is perfectly located in Rodney Bay family friendly area. I would like to say they have the BEST restaurant and bar staff. The food was cooked and presented with five stars. We will definitely stay at Coco Palms again. 😊

This long-standing establishment is close to but not on a lovely beach with clean fine sand and crystal clear waters. To access the beach is about a five minute walk along a rough road lined by a sketchy looking wall topped by barbed wire and broken glass which leads to a part of the beach used by local families to enjoy the water. We walked this road many times without issue but it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. The food was good but not gourmet. While this area is only about 38 km from the airport it is an hour and a half, $US100 cab ride through the mountains. We chose the “all inclusive” option but when we arrived found out that there was a substantial surcharge for things like steak or shrimp, or bottled beer (even the local beer) which we then purchased when they ran out of draft beer one day.

The hotel itself is lovely, beautiful gardens and pool, we had a deluxe superior room with patio which was great, be prepared for a soft bed. We have mixed feelings about our stay. The breakfast is plentiful and we had one good evening meal, the rest were of poor quality. Our main gripe is with the female staff who were really surly and looked like they would rather be doing anything other than their role of waiting on tables. Our last evening meal we sat for 20 minutes before anyone came to even give us a menu and when she did arrive, we got place mats, no cutlery or menu and she left again without asking us what we wanted to drink. When we did ask her to come back and take an order she seemed most annoyed. Our starter arrived after 30 minutes with still no cutlery or drinks, in the end I went directly to the bar to order myself and she just stared at us. All the gentleman staff we encountered including the gardener and pool man were super friendly. One person especially stands out Ananan. He helped us plan a rather complicated trip and realise a family puzzle I was keen to solve. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we are very grateful. It is a shame not all the staff we encountered were as welcoming. I suppose it is also important to note that if you are after tranquility, Rodney Bay is not the place to stay. Also at the very top of the Island and as such more affordable, it is a long way from the main attractions around Soufriere.

We would certainly book again with Coco Palm if we visit St Lucia again! Positive elements: We stayed at Coco Palm for two weeks with an all inclusive package and we loved it. The hotel is extremely clean. The food and drinks were tasty. There is entertainment (live band) on Friday nights for dinner buffet and Sundays during the buffet lunch. The hotel is calm at night and is family friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. They even suggested us local places to visit during our stay The location is great: 2-5 minutes walks to Reduit beach, bars, clubs and malls. few minutes by taxi from the Friday night party and Pigeon Island. Precisions: 1. One restaurant available instead of two as indicated in Expedia when we booked 2. Note that there is an extra charge for water bottles, steaks and seafood meals 3. The chairs by the pool were always unavailable even if most of the guests are not around (went for lunch, by the bar or even left).

This place is so quiet except for Friday and Saturday nights. If you don’t like loud music, don’t choose a room with swimming pool views. Our room was nice and clean. We had a patio. So beautiful view. Shower is terrible. Moreover, we never had a normal pressure of water. Room was full with mosquitoes. Staff didn’t really do anything for that. We even thought it were bedbugs because every morning woke up with dozens of bites. Food was okay for adults, but I would never bring kids in that hotel. Beach was beautiful but public. So you should buy a chaise lounge and umbrella. Don’t ask staff how to get a beach. For some reason, they guide you for a long way (20-25 minutes). Ask people outside. You can get there in 5 minutes.
