Bay Gardens Hotel

Overall it was a good stay our two children enjoyed themselves. Staff was very nice to us. We had a good time

The staff at the hotel make up for any short falls at the hotel. You are constantly greeted with genuine smiles and you are made to feel like family. But there are several areas that need working on. 1: Restaurant menu choice is very limited and basic in taste. The buffet breakfast is limited and not great. 2: The restaurant condition is just always warm. Some simple ceiling fans would make guest more comfortable. 3: The restaurant cats, I am just not comfortable with cats walking freely through the restaurant. 4: Shower water pressure is not great. Every bathroom I have been on my last three visits the pressure is never strong. Overall for the room rate it is good value but small improvements that are not hard to do would improve guest experience

Staff, food options and location make this a great place to stay with the family.

Great property. Lovely food & comfortable rooms & 4 small pools to choose from & also loved that you can eat in all the other hotels. Only negative is that the food service is super slow, particularly at the beach restaurant at the beach hotel, over an hour & a half wait each meal which wasn’t great with hungry young kids!

Great place to stay a few days with family group

It was very nice friendly, breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner was very delicious but a little high on pricing side, internet was very bad but overall I will definitely recommend this hotel for family and friends. The best part they have their transportation to take you to their beaches.

Great family friendly hotel.

Stayed here with my family and it was a lovely stay. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, make you feel comfortable and all staff interacted with my children which was beautiful to see. The breakfast each morning was divine! Good selection of foods, I thoroughly enjoyed the options that were available to me! Would suggest giving options for dairy free milk as I had to have my tea black as nothing was available. The free local shuttle is an added bonus, as well as the splash park. Good selection of cable channels in the room, WiFi worked well too. Would definitely stay here again. Totally worth it. Thank you for having us!
