Great place to stay a few days with family group

It was very nice friendly, breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner was very delicious but a little high on pricing side, internet was very bad but overall I will definitely recommend this hotel for family and friends. The best part they have their transportation to take you to their beaches.

Great family friendly hotel.

Stayed here with my family and it was a lovely stay. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, make you feel comfortable and all staff interacted with my children which was beautiful to see. The breakfast each morning was divine! Good selection of foods, I thoroughly enjoyed the options that were available to me! Would suggest giving options for dairy free milk as I had to have my tea black as nothing was available. The free local shuttle is an added bonus, as well as the splash park. Good selection of cable channels in the room, WiFi worked well too. Would definitely stay here again. Totally worth it. Thank you for having us!

Room was above our Expectation Loved it! Some guess banging on our room door like children

The staff is amazing , especially Helena and Giovanni. Excellent customer service , very polite and engaging. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at this resort . If there is a customer service recognition the names mentioned above deserves one .

The staff was awesome;however the food was horrible..I was charged $478 for a buffet where only two of us ate and we had to bring the kids because we had no sitter and was charged for one who didn’t eat..The only good thing at the buffet was the beef that run out and the one pina colada.

Overall my stay here was nice. The wait time for my room extended way over the check in time and while waiting I also had to request my welcome drink. Both situations were a bit frustrating but once they were resolved, my stay was pleasant. The property is nicely located, it’s bright, clean and has lots of areas to relax and enjoy the pool. The breakfast selections were nice and the food was tasty. Big up to the bar staff!!! They were super friendly and great to laugh and talk with. My family frequents this property often and I’ll definitely return as well.

My sister and I stayed here with our kids (6, 9, 3month). We had a beautiful 2 bedroom Croton suite with a large functional family kitchen. Our suite was located with a pool right outside of our 'porch', this was great as the kids could spend the day at the pool and we had an unobstructed view of them from our living room. The unit was a bit dated however housekeeping was great and the unit was always very very clean. We had a few issues here and there however staff/management went over and above to ensure our stay was pleasant. This was a great location and overall we had a great experience with the friendly staff and management.

The property was a great family friendly establishment. There was construction going on right outside our room for more than half the time we were there which sucked. The room was clean and up to date and offered a full kitchen and the air conditioning worked excellent. The shuttle service was also great.
