Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa

We had a one bedroom with balcony overlooking the ocean and could hear waves from our room we were so close. Room was large and comfy. Amenities were nice; eg kids club water activities, splash pad, etc. everyone was insanely nice. We got a great deal in inclusive so didn’t do much walking around aside from chartering a boat, but lots of restraints and nightlife nearby. Honestly loved this hotel more than I thought I would.

This is a very nice, family friendly, beachfront resort. We enjoyed 3 days of all inclusive food and activities. The staff is professional and vey attentive. The food is good. Our only problem is not with the resort. We stayed in the 700 building right next to a public beach assess. Loud rap music started at 7 as the workers came to clean the beach. This lasted for much of everyday. For this reason, I would choose not to stay in the 700 building.

Very nice food and service in HiTide restaurant. Great trip booked with guidance from agent behind hotel reception area. Very nice Taxi service by Javan ( 1 (758) 725-7125) . Very nice kids friendly hotel. Kids loved water park . Beautiful safe clean beach. Nice beach towels and enough beach chairs with umbrellas. Very nice entertainment events every evening. Lots of ways to enjoy island . Enjoy local food , food supermarket and shops nearby. Free shuttle service helps to reach nearby beach resort too. Overall Lovely place to stay with family or couples. Really miss my Wonderful vacation we had at Bay Garden Beach resort.

Had a very nice stay here, staff was very friendly and helpful…especially Travis. Food was good…drinks was great. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The only issue was the WIFI, but other than that, will definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff! The hospitality is on 10000! The only downfall is that it’s not all inclusive :( but I would MOST DEFINITELY come back to bay gardens again!!! And I plan to come back in the future! I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family

We have been to better resort in the past when compared to food. Not a whole lot of options and felt like it was same food every day for lunch and dinner. Kids were bored eating same thing again and again. Its a wonderful location with lot of entertainment but feels like their staff is pretty laid back. Our family usually goes on vacation to try out different food, and that was disappointing.

My husband and I stayed at Bay Gardens Resort and spa for 7 days with our 2 young children. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed in terms of amenities. There was a variety of food options to satisfy even our picky eaters. The location is absolutely beautiful and the view is breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and were very attentive to our needs. My boys loved the pool and the clean, beautiful beach. Mommy loved the spa and daddy enjoyed the drinks. Our experience overall was 10/10. I would highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

Let me first say everyone experience is different! I stayed here with my family a month ago and had a wonderful experience. Ellsa the front desk staff was pleasant and professional. She accommodated us well. My family and I arrived at the resort early and was given wristbands to enjoy the resort while we waited for our room. When it was time to check in our room was still not ready. However, Ellsa offered us room in the office to place our luggage until the room was ready. Throughout our stay she checked on us which made us feel comfortable. All of the staff at the resort was well mannered greeting us everywhere we went. I believe her name was "Celesty" or "Cerlesty" she was a great waitress at one of the restaurant. She had the purest soul with the most welcoming smile that I will never forget. The food and drinks were better than I expected.

The kids loved the water park, the room was ok, the food was ok. Often the breakfast buffet was empty. Staff was very friendly. Pool was clean.
