Good location but noisy at night, clean hotel. I was traveling with my baby girl and I needed a room after a long fly. Front desk told me there were no rooms of the category I choose but he gave me an upgrade (paying 30 extra euros per night even when they were supposed to do it for free since they are a VIP access hotel and that’s one of the perks for Platinum). Also, I did not receive any perk, then their VIP Access category is just to catch Expedia’s customers.

Everything was lovely. Great location on Plaza de España. There is a wonderful playground with water misters for kids to play. Metro steps from the hotel. The food and bar at the hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and the room clean and spacious.

We love the hotel, the service in general one of the best. but at night we went down to the restaurant at the entrance and the lady who served us was not very friendly, apart from that everything was 10/10 great with families

We loved our stay. We chose this hotel for the location and space available for our elopement. It was very clean and spacious and provided plenty of space for the bride to get ready. The art made for fun wedding photos throughout the property. The breakfast was possibly one of the best I have ever had. A special shout out to Sonia at breakfast who was amazingly welcoming, friendly, and made us feel like family. The complimentary bottle of Cava was classy and thoughtful. My only slight issue was a facility issue. Our sink was clogged, our toilet at one point kept running which prompted a call, and the drain in the shower broke. They quickly sent a colleague to fix the issues. Overall, a memorable stay, one we will not ever forget, and should we return to Madrid, will be our first booking!

We stayed for three nights as a New Year city break. The location is excellent with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The only downside was that our room on the 9th floor had an adjoining door and kids in the room next door kept us awake past 2:30am. Apart from that the hotel was excellent.

Very nice hotel and very convenient location. A 2 min walk to the palace and the hop on hop off bus stop is just outside the hotel. Very safe to walk around. We had a beautiful room with a balcony and it was very pleasant, airy and clean. The bathroom was large and a great shower . My son and daughter had a junior suite and they had plenty of room and privacy. The indoor pool was small and not for swimming but more for floating but the sauna and spa showers were great. The staff were very friendly and offered us plenty of advice and recommendations for restaurants. The hotel is located at the bottom of a long shopping street so good to walk to shops and back to hotel. It was very safe. Hop on hop off bus highly recommended to get to see what the city has to offer. Many museums to see
