The hotel felt high class, everything was great. Friendly staff, luxurious lobby, spacious room, comfortable bed. And great location with a subway and bus station just outside the hotel. There was a strange smell in our family room but it got better after I opened the windows and didn't notice it afterwards.

Staff was very good but the information was not told about children below 12 cannot swim. Very disappointing as for me to have chosen this hotel was they had a pool for my daughter to swim

The hotel is very nice and located at a walking distance from all the best spots in Madrid. I was, however, very disappointed by the fact that the pool (which is advertised as of the second picture shown by Expedia) requires a fee to paid (15 Euros each time) and is not open to children whereas the hotel is recommended for those traveling with family
