Novotel Madrid Campo de las Naciones

This hotel was decent! Garage is very secure, Room was a decent size, and staff was friendly. I think those are the only positives! Hotel is far from center. About 20-30€ one way into center. Bar is the only place to eat a sandwich or hamburger. Dinner buffet is 21€ for adults and 15€ for children and all I ate was salad. Everything else did not look appealing! Then there was wine just sitting on a table ( no sign or anything) so I went to take a glass thinking it was included, and a staff member came over to tell me that was for another group. The only thing you get with dinner is water. No one even came to ask us if we wanted anything else! 4€ for a glass of wine and 21€ for a dinner I didn’t eat…left hungry! Ate better on my flight back to USA than I did that night. Very big disappointment! Also, bed was very uncomfortable so hungry and tired does not make for a great stay!

Horrible experience. Breakfast was cold. We asked multiple times if the egg and bacon served will be warm and were told yes its hot. 20 mins was left for breakfast to finish so that’s probably why the chefs gave up cooking. When you are charging 20 Euros or so for breakfast at least serve what your promise. Hotel staff were also flat faced no enthusiasm in their job and very basic rooms. Novotel has gone downhill. I travelled with my 2 kids . Will never ever use novotel. Horrible

It’s good enough to stay with your family and enjoy the hotel. Nearby towards El Corte Inglés there’s an excellent area of restaurants and cafes.

Super friendly and fast check in, great location. Used for an overnight layover while flying home with family. Had the pull out sofa ready for our kids when we arrived.
