Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico

This property was beautiful, never felt crowded and a great space to enjoy the pools, private beach and the free recreation. It was an amazing stay, and me and my family are looking forward to coming back to this resort.

Perfect location for a relaxing tropical vacay. The villa was perfect size for our family of five. The resort was extremely secluded and located 45 min outside downtown San Juan so anyone looking for night life and lots of dining options should not stay here. Dining on property was diverse enough just pricey. Would definitely come again. Really enjoyed it

The hotel is gorgeous, clean and was perfect for my 3 kids (12, 7, 5) they have a large beach but also smaller private beaches which we loved the most. We are already planning on going back.

The restaurants on the property close super early not many activities for the children advertised big pool was 24 hours but they cabana services for alcohol close at 6 PM which does not make sense if you have a pool, open 24 hours. the trams did not run consistently. They should be running every 5 to 10 minutes being that it’s extremely hot. Some of the marketplaces registers were down, and when they were down, you couldn’t purchase your items because they did not accept cash. The whole reason why you should accept cash is because when you have those typical power outages to wear, your register is messing up and you can still continue business.

I can’t rave enough about this property, a very luxe feel and the staff were always so helpful and available. Pool is the star of the show and the several activities available for kids was a plus. I will definitely be coming back.

I really enjoyed my stay here at this property. Returning each day to my villa was a plus. Room was luxurious, and even though I selected garden view, I still had a nice view of the pool area/beach. There were many dining options, though they were a more on the pricey side. The staff was very friendly. Whenever I called for service, they were very prompt with requests/needs. My only complaint about the property (though it was no fault of the hotel was that someone dedicated in the main pool (think it was a child, but not sure), but it took a while for the area to be cleaned (occurred on my first day at the resort).

The Hyatt Regency was absolutely the best place that I’ve ever stayed my two adult children and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Everyone there was so polite. The staff was wonderful very attentive. The rooms were gorgeous. I had the garden view just as beautiful as the ocean view with all the birds and the trees and the palm trees. Everywhere our rooms were cleaned every single day the staff at the bars were wonderful. Nefertiti was the best server ever she was with the sandbar, Israel was also wonderful. He was the welcoming staff Anthony was at Nori was our waiter who was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t rave enough about this place. I will say that this place is completely exclusive away from a lot of things it sits at the bottom of the rainforest in which the views are absolutely beautiful , the prices for the drinks the only thing that I can say was the average drink with taxes and gratuity cost $20 per drink, which was in a small cup to make the cups a little bit larger. The food and every restaurant was wonderful room service was absolutely perfect , and they even sent us all of the accommodations that we need I can’t rave about this place. Kayaking was awesome. The ocean was fantastic. The pool was wonderful. Everything about this place was phenomenal. I was suggest everybody to go here.

I loved our stay at this hotel, we brought our 4 month old & was concerned about it, but the welcoming friendly family vibe was unmatched.. much rather stay in this area than busy san juan.. the only downside is the housekeepers do not clean everyday.. they just bring towels & water.

The property was excellent. It is beautifully situated on the beach with gorgeous mountain views. The staff was nice for the most part. The rooms were clean, and the showers were spacious. There were not a lot of small kids either, mostly adults, which was a good thing. The only strike against them is that the food isn't good and it is expensive. You would do better to catch an Uber to Old San or one of the nearby restaurants or with authentic Puerto Rican Food; You would be happier and come out cheaper. The drinks were pretty watered down too. You'll be a couple hundred bucks in before you even feel a buzz.

The experience was amazing! Definitely recommending to friends and family.
