The resort is beautiful but there are serious issues. Our first room smelled horrible from mold so I requested a room change. They still charged me the full $560 room rate but I demanded they compensate me so they gave me 3 days of complimentary resort fee. Due to the hurricane many rooms were wet so many guests had to have their stay modified. The beach is awesome but the boats often break down so they bring in smaller boats to bring you 15 minutes to the private island for the beach. The food in the restaurants is mediocre and very expensive. The breakfast buffet is $32 for very few food options. I will say the staff was excellent and the pools were nice. We liked the water park and lazy river although you must be 48in for the water slides. The stores in the resort sell mostly junk and it’s super overpriced. I was also hoping for more kids activities. Not sure if I’ll go back.

I loved this property. So many things to do with your kids. It’s very conveniently close to El Yunque and the bioluminescent kayak place. I really recommend this place.

Resort is great for families. Lots to do and entertainment. Property dining is expensive but restaurants outside the resort are close and less expensive.

Limited options for dietary/ food allergy options on site. Seemed like it could be a challlenge getting around for someone with a disability. Room was large but dated. No beach access onsite unless you take their ferry to palomino island - wait times vary. No programming that we could find outside of kids things- such as yoga, meditation. Workout room nice but limited options for stretching. Need to have car or transportation to get there- parking fees.

Everything was clean. Staff are very lovely. The pools and the property is very clean and beautiful. The only inconvenience was that Las Brisas rooms are noisy. You can hear the noise (talking, doors banging, or children screams, etc.) from the next room. Smoking should be prohibited, because I could not enjoy the view from the balcony because next room guests were smoking.
