Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort

The resort was absolutely amazing! The outdoor pools, restaurants and entire property was breathtaking. The service was top-tier and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I recommend the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort to all ages. It’s great for couples, family, and perfect for a girls trip. I look forward to returning next summer.

I loved how many options this resort gives us. A majority of the times staff are extremely nice and willing to help, but sometimes they seem to be annoyed. Additionally, the “quiet pool” is not always quiet and we had to leave a few times throughout the week because of the kids diving in and splashing us. I know that is a deal breaker, hopefully they can look into enforcing the rules a bit more. Otherwise, amazing resort and hopefully will be back a third time.

Our family enjoyed the tranquillity of the resort. It was in its own little world. If this is what you are looking for, you will LOVE it. If you’re looking for action, stay in Isla Verde.

My stay was not the worth for what i paid 1. The water pressure in the bathroom is worst i have ever seen in any hotel 2. wifi never worked for me or my wife 3. i had to fight to get the room at checkin at 5pm 4. At the restaurant i asked for mac and cheese and was given kid portion i realized it when i saw other guest having larger portion other day. 5. billing was not done appropriately. i will not give you more than 2 star in my review

Very nice property. Overall staff was very nice however a couple of the Valet staff on duty on Sunday afternoon were not very welcoming or helpful especially the supervisor on duty. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well as the staff at the Tiki bar. Overall a good experience. My family and I would probably stay here again.

We enjoy our stay! The boys loved golfing and the Casino. The girls loved the pool and beach. Great family vacation with young adult children.

Great staff and really friendly ! This is a nice resort for families with plenty activities for all ages. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Overall the resort was nice. Staff was friendly. On the other hand there’s room for improvement. The rooms should have a microwave. It was so inconvenient to have to walk down to the main floor to reheat a bottle for our baby every time she needed one. Also we couldn’t reheat leftover meaning we had to eat out three times a day which was super expensive. The breakfast Buffett was $34 per person plus tip. No meal was less than $80 most of them were over $100. The drinks at the pool were over $15 even the nonalcoholic ones. I paid over $400 of a 90 min massage and had to shower with cold water afterwards cause they didn’t have warm water. Room service was worse than eating at their restaurants because of their room service fee and tip. First night we got a salad, appetizer and wings, the total was $130. So if you don’t mind paying over price for wings and a salad then go for it. Stay at their resort.
