This resort exceeded expectations in every way. Beautiful, clean, so many activities, Luquillo beach and food kiosks so close by for a more authentic vibe n jet skiing. Whole family had a blast and we’ve been to PR 10 times, this is best and plan on yearly return Here.

Our stay was amazing. We had a great time with the family. Only one thing I will like to point out. The Activities Coordinator at the pool needs to be more energetic. We could not hear her when she announce the games, so many kids will not join.

We enjoyed our stay. Water slide was perfect for the kids all day. Rooms were a bit dated. Air conditioning wasn’t very cold. There were shorts left under the bathroom sink from a previous guest that I guess weren’t discovered during cleaning. Food was decent albeit expensive.

This place was really nice. There were a very few areas that needed a little TLC but nothing huge. I do wish they had a playground for small kids. My only real complaint was the humidity inside the building. They really need dehumidifiers.

We loved this property from top to bottom. Gorgeous setting, lovely room with a great balcony overlooking the ocean. The resort fee was way too high considering how much we had to pay out of pocket for everything. Not sure how they justify that. Expect to spend double what you think. But the food choices were good and convenient, and the pools and beach were beautiful. We were disappointed that we couldn’t swim at the beach due to rough surf but we used the pools a lot and ventured off site to a calmer beach to swim and snorkel. Service was excellent. Our family of 4 had an amazing trip.

Our family truly enjoyed the resort experience. Great selection of pools and the beach was also gorgeous. We loved staying very close to El Yunque Rainforest and participated in a few adventures nearby. Also having a variety of restaurants within the resort was convenient. The only downside for us was that we were quite remote and other places we wanted to visit were 1.5-2.5 hours away from us. All in all, a really great stay!

There’s a mildew issue in the hotel rooms. The staff was nice, though it felt like we were getting sales pitches left and right. Still, my kids had a great time and loved the pools.

Property is beautiful with multiple restaurants and pools. Very kids friendly. Only issue was the bed is very minimal, I suggest asking for additional blankets. Also the rooms are very humid. The floors always feel damp so bring some slippers. Other than that the kids loved it. Old San Juan was about a 45 min drive. Rainforest is close by with one waterfall that has a kid friendly paved path. Theres a market and bakery close by so you don’t have to go far if you want to stock your room.

Our second time vacationing here. We love that this resort never feels overcrowded. We can always find seats at the pool or beach. The staff is really nice and friendly. We appreciate the comfortable bands for swimming and room key. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with an omelet station and various pastries, fruit, oatmeal, local cuisine and waffles , something for everyone in the family! The tapas and food at the bar restaurant was are family’s favorite. My only two negatives are the prices at the restaurants are really high. And I paid for an “ocean view” but we ended up on the first floor looking right at the pool. I was told our room is technically called an ocean view, but we were disappointed.
