Need more dining options and family activities

This was one of the best vacation spots in a very long time. Impeccable service and super friendly staff. I will be going back next year, and this time with my children.

Staff in the dining area were slow to provide basic services like I ordered a bagel and cream cheese after 45 minutes I received the cream cheese but no bagel. Also paying over $700 per night and the tv was not working to catch up on news or sports.Situations like this the hotel should provide their customers with a credit. This is first time I stayed at this resort and I have no intention booking here again. My son and his wife with their 6 month baby ordered room service and after 3 hours and 3 follow up phone calls still no food and they went to bed starving. Total waste of money my family booked 3 separate rooms for this vacation we should be given back our money for this disaster.

The property and rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly. The food is only okay and very expensive. Check in experience could have been better - our room was not ready until 5pm and we had two tired kids from a long travel day. We also had a very expensive restaurant charge that was not ours added to the bill and it was a pain to get it removed. That said, we would love to return some day and enjoy the property again!

One of our best vacations yet. They provided us with 5 star service consistently. It is a bit pricey for food (and the options are limited) but so long as you plan in advance your meals, you'll be fine. The spa was amazing, the grounds are lovely, its secluded, never felt crowded and the beach is quiet! If you are looking for something different than San Juan, and romantic, plan to splurge a bit here. The typical guests will be found in designer attire - mainly couples or families.
