Caribe Hotel Ponce

This was definitely a nice place to stay and bring kids. Staff was extremely pleasant and accomodating. Pool was clean, open 10am-10pm and scenery was attractive. Pool view from every room. Secured parking entrance by using room key or intercom to front desk. Quiet and peaceful inside and out of the hotel. Rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and clean. Only minutes away from shopping, food and gas stations. The only bad was there was almost no water pressure in the shower, drains need to be cleaned so water drains faster, and you cant turn off the air conditioner without getting a moldy smell in the room. I would stay there again if im in the area.

Closer to my family

I stayed here in 2019. I did miss the bar. But the convenience of how close to my family was super cool and also the pool. My only complaint was the opening of the pool because the early sun is the best

I like the pool, other than that hotel is not that good. Breakfast is expensive and not good. even if you have kids or have conditions you will not get accommodate in the first floor.

We liked the spacious room, however, the lighting was horrible -the switches on the 3 lamps were bad and two lamps had 25 watts and the other had 40 watts. The rules were to maintain the room temperature at 67f and couldn’t adjust it. The room was very very cold the entire time. The TV had a few basic channels. The bed in the room was made up only two of 6 days with one of those days providing us with clean towels only and didn’t make the bed or vacuumed the floor at all. The door to the room barely closed correctly and the keys to the door had to be reset several times during our stay. My husband and I are very disappointed with the service and regulations required to be in compliance with the hotel rules. You want cheap then it’s for we won’t stay nor recommend to friends and family

Perfect for the money … not bad just a little outdated but pool was nice the kids loved it

Our stay was fine for the price, we was there just to see our family staying in a closer place. Good breakfast, good service. The hotel needs updated in rooms and front parking. Over all, good place, safe and quiet. Police station is next to here. Thankx

The service is great the staff are very polite and always welcome you and your family! The hotel is working towards improving the grounds and the pool is very clean !

Everything looked new. We got a room close to the pool so that was great since we have kids. Would better the pool maintance, at least have someone pass a net early in the morning.
