This resort surpassed our expectations. It is very beautiful. The room is big and clean, the tv works well and the bathroom is big also. My favorite part was the pool area. I was visiting with my 2 year old and it has a 1ft pool that was perfect and some water fountains that were the best. Pool has warm water, it is excellent. Food is also great, little pricey but tasted great. Pillows get flat easily, mosquitos at night but with some OFF should be fine, and the birds around dinning area didnt like that as much. Not much to worry about, some things can improve but it is an amazing place, great place to go in family and great staff. I hope I can go someday again.

Even though we did not check in on our original date (due to several flight cancellations and delays), they were able to accommodate us with our original room request. The staff was empathetic and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place for families, I just wish we had more time to explore and use all of the ammenities.

The beach was beautiful and pretty empty. It’s not a wide white sand beach but we really enjoyed ourselves. The Caribbean Sea was like a nice warm bath and great for our kids to enjoy with gentle waves. The pools were fun and there were games and activities to keep us occupied. The staff was accommodating and our rooms were clean. Thank you for a great stay.
