Great quiet and family oriented place.

Totally family oriented. Pool tables for family to play together. Casino & life music sometimes. Breakfast was included and was delicious. I will go back any time.

Great renovated hotel… still some minor physical and cosmetics things to do. But overall is in great shape. Restaurant has authentic local food at reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very safe surrounding areas and very safe place. Great for families. Hotel has 2 pools, one of w with a nice slide for kids, 2 bars, one on the pool area and another one in a small ballroom. It also has pool tables, small arcade, and an in-site casino. Lobby is very nice place to have a conversation or even have some rest. There is plenty of parking. Hotel is very accesible in terms of driving once in the area. Right next to the highway (still no noise from cars was heard). It has. Shopping about 10 mins away driving and has 2 fast foods walking distance. Beach is about 20 mins driving… it is about 2 hours from SJ airport, 30-40 mins from Cabo Rojo. Will definitely stay again.

Overall the hotel was good. Room and hotel was clean, it’s a nice hotel for family, nice music and live band on the weekends, there’s a casino, billiard, and game room for entertainment. Lots of parking, Easy to get to right off the highway etc. Breakfast was not so good, tv in the room was not clear (no remote control) ice machine broken.

It’s a hotel that has opportunity to grow and become better and better. It’s very family oriented, but I would not recommend it for couples or for somebody that wants to have a getaway or retreat. The food was good, but not great.

Good place to stay, my family and I enjoyed the pool and the breakfast is very good.

the breakfast that was offered was not to many peoples liking. the eggs were soggy, the so called sausage were unlikable, no toast, and they had the same breakfast everyday. I stayed there 10 days and it was not cheap. it was like a kids lunch room breakfast. Our bed were made every other day even thought they came to the room every day. it was a different situation everyday. the towels were left on the bathroom counter not on the rack where they belong. the tissue box was empty and they just put the tissue on top of the tissue holder not inside. i dont believe they swept the floor. I bathroom counters were not cleaned. they left 2 towels even though we requested towels that never arrived. the rooms was cold. we always left the air off and when we came back in the evenings the air was at 62 degrees which made the room freezing. everyday we returned to the room it was a different situation. we left early in the mornings and arrived back late in the evenings to find the room was not clean properly or the bed was not made or the towels were just left on the counter or on top of the ironing board or to a freezing room. totally unacceptable. I cant tell you about the other facility there because we were not there most of the day! Not a memorable hotel to stay in. i did complain to the front deck.
