we really like the accessibility to the hard rock restaurant, which was a really good experience. We liked the pool area. It was very nice for the kids. Late at night it was too noisy and we could hear all the music upstairs and it was difficult to sleep.

The property is very nice and updated. The room is modern and clean. The hotel has two pools the rooftop and family pool. We enjoyed both pools. We had dinner at the Hardrock restaurant & at night we enjoyed the casino.

Stayed at this hotel to celebrate a family member’s 90 th birthday. Hotel has curb appeal. Lobby was very nice. The staff was very accommodating. Maintenance help was available in a timely fashion. Breakfast package was mediocre. The Nook provided Spanish food but not Caribbean flavor. Overall, I rate this a Hotel a 4. Served the purpose of our visit. Enjoyed our stay with other family members.

There is no room service. Terrible when you are traveling with kids. Will never stay again. I will not recommend it.

Let me start with my first impression when we enter to the room. There is a switch next to the door and is just for decoration, you must turn on every single lamp one by one. There was a HUGE DROP on the room when the janitor came he said is normal and the switch was not working. The ilumination of the room is very poor. The TV is install on a wall that is not in front of the bed, so that means that if you would like to look TV you must break your neck to look it up. Complete fail. The bathroom do not have any kind of privacy. Also you could hear ALL the music from the lobby, every noice from the hall and all people talking from outside the building. So if you would like to rest you must considered this is NOT THE PLACE. Overall you could see the poor infrastructure and maintenance. Hard Rock Cafe restaurant is too loud considering that there are families eating. NEVER AGAIN I WILL RECONSIDER THIS HOTEL. 0 stars.

Front desk staff was exteemely rude. We reserved 2 double bed roomd to accomodate all the adults and children, when we arrived the had double booked the rooms and gave us a king size bedroom and one double which left us with 2 people with no bed. Front desk said to take it or leave it, with no refund, they said that I will have to get my refund from Hotels.com. This hotel is almost done with their renovations and it looked nice and clean inside until we opened the curtains and they were covered with bird poop. It was so dirty that it was hard to look outside. Also, the shower is out in the open to the room with no place to change your close. Good place to stay if you are a nudist.

Not the place to rest. No control at floor hallways late at night. I heard kids running and slamming doors past midnight. Same with the live music. It is live at your bedroom until midnight.

I was recommended this hotel by a family member who had previously stayed here my expirience was not as good as theirs when housekeeping went to clean my room my headphones worth $150 were stolen from my room. Hotel did nothing at all when i brought it to there attention.

The hotel looks very nice and has very friendly employees. As for the two rooms that I booked, they have an impractical shower, it has nowhere to hang anything and you have to go out without clothes to get dressed outside the bathroom, so if you are with your family or friends is uncomfortable. The TV with very little programming available and no signal. Hallway carpets all stained.
