Four Points by Sheraton Caguas Real Hotel & Casino

Every thing was really nice the only problem was the power of light went off twice kids got nervous

My family and I stayed here last weekend for my nephews wedding and we were all impressed with the kindness of the staff, the rooms were clean and modern and comfortable… will definitely stay here again

My only dislike was they don’t ask for ID when charging things to the room. I’m going to assume my family that was also staying at the hotel had charged things to my room without my permission.

We had stayed here at least a couple times before, and were always pleased. But this recent stay was phenomenally good. The hotel has done a complete renovation, and from the moment you walk in, you notice it. The dining area was open and airway with the bar front center and clear glass behind it for an excellent view to the outdoor pool. The bar used to be around a corner from the dining area, unseen until you enter the dining area. The pool area has great slides for the kids, and a whirlpool for the adults, in addition to swimming / wading areas for the rest of us. Great fitness room with good equipment and outside views (some fitness rooms are in dungeons, this is not). Very friendly housekeeping people and front desk. Good parking apart from the casino parking.

Very nice hotel, it’s clean feel like new, friendly staff comfy beds big TV nice pool for the kids, everything you need to take some time to relax

The room size was excellent for families.

My kids love the pool, the staff is friendly and everything was clean and updated.
